These payment terms apply to all reservations made with JSK Mantanani Island Resorts. Please review them before confirming your booking.
1. Payment Terms
Please review the following payment terms applicable to all reservations at JSK Mantanani Island Resorts.
- All rates quoted are nett in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- JSK Mantanani Island Resorts is not authorised to cancel or issue refunds for any third-party reservations.
- Non-Guaranteed Reservations: Reservations made without any payment are not guaranteed by JSK Mantanani Island Resorts.
- Pursuant to the Tourism Tax Act 2017, non-Malaysians will be charged a flat rate of MYR10.00 per night. Malaysian nationals and permanent residents holding MyPR cards are exempted from this tax. The tax will be collected upon check-out by the Resort on behalf of the Government and is not included in the total room cost.
- JSK Mantanani Island Resorts reserves the right to impose changes on these payment terms at its sole discretion.
